Resort Policy

Age Requirement: All Guests must be 18 years or older to make guest room reservations and be 16 years and older to be accommodated at the Resort and to visit any of the restaurants or bars at Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive. All guests must present a valid photo ID during registration and when acquiring Day or Night Passes for age verification. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be registered in the guest room and accompanied by a legal guardian or chaperoned by an adult 25 years or older who is the primary registrant of the guest accommodation. Other conditions and restrictions may apply for group bookings. The legal drinking age in The Bahamas is 18 years and older. Any violation of underage drinking may result in the guest being removed from the resort. 

Note: During February 15 - April 30 minimum age requirement to check-in or enjoy resort's facilities is 21 years or older.

Activities and Equipment Use: All guests who chose to participate in the various planned or independent activities organized by members of the Resort staff or engaged in without supervision must be 18 years or older and will be asked to review and sign a waiver of responsibility. Such waivers may call for the reimbursement for lost or damaged items such as the use of the bicycles, helmets, tennis equipment or other items that are provided by the Resort free of charge as part of our All-Inclusive experience. Cancellation Policy: Terms of cancellation vary by time of year and package or promotion reserved. Please refer to the cancellation terms applicable on the particular booking reserved prior to confirming your requested accommodations. Usually, all confirmed reservations not cancelled at least one day prior to arrival (defined as 4:00 pm local time day prior) will be the responsibility of the traveller. Cancellations received within the 24-hour period or a “no show” will incur one night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to the credit card on file. Please provide notice of cancellation before 4:00 pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room & tax. During high season and special events, the time period may increase to up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival and could include forfeiture of full payment made for the entire stay.

Check In/Checkout for Hotel Guests: Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. The hotel will make every effort to personalize our guests' stays if provided estimated time of arrival (ETA) information at the time of reservation. Late check-out requests may be made through the Reception Desk or Reservation Services and are subject to determination based on Hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply. Free luggage storage is offered up until 7pm on the day of departure. The resort does offer special late departure package options based on the departure time being mid to late afternoon or early evening for late night departure flights.

Children’s Policy:  Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive is an adults only resort welcoming all guests 16 years and older (21 yrs. or older from February 15 - April 30). There are times that the Resort does accept those 15 years and under when special events such as weddings are booked at the resort. Specific guidelines must be followed. Deposit/Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card with expiration date. The Hotel does not usually charge the card on file until check-in or on a no-show reservation. Rate plans confirmed that are noted as Advanced Pay and Non-Refundable will not be issued refunds on cancelled room nights. The resort is not obligated to hold any reservation unless secured by an approved and confirmed guarantee method. Except on prepaid or third party reservations, guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations upon check-in.

Early Departure Policy: Rates quoted on the Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive website are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Guests checking out prior to their confirmed departure date may incur an “early departure fee” equal to the rate confirmed for one night or the balance of the stay’s booking revenue based on the package or promotion reserved.

Extra Person Fees: Package rates are quoted as single “or” double occupancy as all charges are based on a per person charge. Additional adults sharing a room will incur the applicable per person, per night tariff up to four adults in a room providing appropriate bedding has been confirmed. Maximum number of adults per king bedded room is 2 and a two double bedded room is 4 persons using existing bedding.

Fitness Centre: The Fitness Centre is available 24-hours a day and is located on the 2nd floor.

Guest Privacy: The privacy of our guests is important to us. Please do not photograph or video other guests without their consent. If you are willing to share your photos with us for possible inclusion in our promotional efforts, please email them to sales.wpib@warwickhotels.com or post to social media with the #WarwickParadiseIsland and #WarwickHotels tags.

Hotel Payment Policy: In order for guest accommodations to be issued, at the time of check-in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations including deposits for incidental charges must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of the charge including any provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. A daily incidental amount of $60.00 per day up to a maximum of $300.00 is held on account for each room occupied. Credit holds on debit cards may take up to 5-7 business days to be returned as available funds to your debit account. Card value holds are not processed to your credit card as charges if an actual charge is not processed. Cash payment is not acceptable. The resort is cashless.

Hurricane Reservation Policy: Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive will waive any cancellation or no-show fees if Nassau and Paradise Island is placed under an official Hurricane Watch by NOAA’s National Hurricane Centre. Guests who are unable to arrive at the hotel due to a “Watch” or a “Warning” or an associated flight cancellation must notify the Resort prior to their scheduled arrival. Failure to notify the Resort may result in the assessment of a cancellation penalty being applied.

Guests whose arrival is impacted, as stated above, may choose to:

  • Apply any pre-payments to a future stay for the same number of nights, in the same room category, within the next calendar year. The resort will honour the rate paid for the original reservation booking on newly rescheduled dates for reservations in the same room category as originally booked, subject to availability and excluding: all holidays, February, March, & April.

 -OR-

  • Receive a refund of any pre-payments made less any transactional costs. .

In the event a hurricane, Category 1 or higher, happens to strike the resort while guests are already staying at the resort:

  • For guests who are able to depart early, a reimbursement of the package rate charged for the disrupted nights, or a future stay at the Resort, for the number of disrupted nights may be offered. This future stay must be used within the next calendar year, subject to availability. (Does not include holidays or February, March, & April.) The Resort will honour the rate paid for the original reservation booking, for the same room category, on the newly rescheduled stay date.

  • For guests who are unable to depart the island and must extend their planned stay, the Resort will provide a discounted package rate, for any dates that guests are forced to stay beyond their original reservation’s departure date. The discounted rate will be a minimum of 25% off the current advertised promotion that appears on the Resort’s website, at the time of the stay.

Internet Wi-Fi Connectivity – In-Room: We offer complimentary Standard Wi-Fi for guests to all registered guest from the beach to the bedroom. Premium Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost. All Harbour view Deluxe and Premium guest rooms and suites have Premium Wi-Fi included in the rate quotation. Certain packages and promotions include Premium Wi-Fi service which allows for streaming. Standard Wi-Fi does not allow for streaming within our system.

Late Check-out Policy: Check-out time is 11am on your day of departure. Based on our All-Inclusive resort, those wishing to extend their check-out are provided three options based on your anticipated departure time. Please contact us for rates, terms and condition. You will be able to enjoy all of the services, facilities, restaurants and bars during this extended check-in period on the day of your departure.

11am-3pm $ 75.00 per person

11am-6pm $ 95.00 per person

11am-8:30pm $130.00 per person

 Terms and conditions:

  • The above late check-out periods are an extension of your original reservation.
  • Prices are inclusive of 10% VAT, levies and all gratuities.
  • Late check-outs confirmed based on resort's availability.
  • All services that had been provided during your stay would be extended through the agreed upon late check out period. 


Laundry Washers and Dryers for Guests: Two coin-operated washers and dryers are located on 3rd. floor for guest use. The current price is $1.50. The Resort also offers off-site same day laundry and dry cleaning service. Please verify days of service and timing with our Guest Services Department.

Mosquito Prevention: Use of larvacide in areas of standing water. Fogging treatments are 360 days per annum with treatment times in both morning and evenings to prevent mosquitoes and mosquito-carried diseases.

Music: No personal speakers, portable music players or boom-box or any sort allowed

Pet Policy: Service animals are allowed. No other pets are allowed on or in the resort. Please advise when making a reservation if bringing a service animal into the Resort so we may prepare for the arrival accordingly. Additional cleaning fees may apply in the event of damage or the need for deep cleaning due to excessive hygiene issues caused by the pet with your accommodations. Please contact us for the Service animal agreement. 

Refrigerators and Mini-Bars: Our Suites, Premium Harbour view and Deluxe Harbour view accommodations are stocked with additional beverages during your stay. Refrigerators are available in our Water view and Island view accommodations, are not stocked and may be used to store your own personal items purchased during your visit. 

Resort Fee: Mandatory fee of $20.00 per person, per night due at check-in.

Sofa Beds and Connecting Rooms: The resort offers Harbour view Premium King and Double Double rooms that feature a full size plush futon. Connecting rooms are limited to three set per floor and must be requested with the Hotel directly,, confirmations are subject to hotel's availability.

Special Occasion Decoration Policy:

Guests are welcome to decorate or have their room decorated for special occasions provided the following terms and conditions are followed:

  • A refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 must be paid prior to arrival. Housekeeping will inspect the room on departure and provide clearance to the reception to proceed with the refund of the deposit.
  • Decoration will be made by guests themselves or their designated decorator.
  • Decoration should be made without damaging any of the in-room amenities
  • No staples, tacks, pins, two-way tape or nails are permitted.
  • Decoration should not damage paint, furniture, wall, ceiling etc.
  • Mounting to the ceiling is prohibited.
  • Decoration is usually done, either with helium balloons or flowers or both.
  • No glitter or similar confetti is permitted.
  • Champagne/cake or any additional amenities can be provided at an additional charge as part of the celebration.
  • Only battery operated candles are permitted.

External decorator (vendor / Non-guest) – Should guests wish for an external vendor or decorator to decorate their room, will need to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The resort requires 48 hours’ notice of any and all decorating requests. The reserved guest must send an email to info.wpib@warwickhotels.com requesting guestroom access for the external decorator.
  • Once request has been approved by management: 
    • Security management will issue a visitors pass and have it ready for the decorator on arrival to the resort.
    • A clean room will be made available for decorating on the day of arrival by 1:00 PM.
  • The decorator must present a valid photo id  for entry to the resort.

Smoking Policy: Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking, use of E-cegarrette, Hookah or any other vaping device is not permitted anywhere within the Hotel. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a $350.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out. Designated smoking clearly marked areas may be found outdoors around the resort grounds. Smoking is not allowed at the outdoor Hog Bar. 

Use, possession and dealing of Marijuana and any other controlled substances is illegal in The Bahamas, legal penalization up to imprisonment are contemplated under the law. 

Taxes: 10% VAT (value added tax).

Visitor Fees: As an All-Inclusive guests of registered guests or visitors must be announced at the Reception Desk where the appropriate fees must be paid prior to admittance into the resort. Overnight unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the resort. Should a guest wish to have an additional person accompany them to their room, the applicable additional person charge of $180.00 per night must be paid prior to admittance. Day and Night Package rates are available for those who wish to partake of the services and facilities of registered guests with prices ranging from $130.00 to $165.00 per day/evening.
