Dining

Fine dining guides consistently regard Hotel Westminster’s Le Céladon as a premier restaurant choice for those searching for sophisticated French cuisine. Alternatively, for light meals and cocktails, the relaxing English ambience of The Duke’s Bar provides the perfect spot for lounging.

LE CÉLADON

Awarded a Michelin star every year for more than 20 years, Le Céladon is widely regarded as one of the premier restaurants in Paris. Chef Christophe Moisand combines a creative menu featuring French cuisine and attentive service within an atmosphere accentuated by shades of pale green, accents of Céladon porcelain, crystal and silk. The result is a dazzling jewel-like setting that pays homage to French Regency with an Asiatic style where patrons dine in the lap of luxury.

LE PETIT CÉLADON

Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant Le Céladon becomes the Petit Celadon, a more casual universe for a different experience for the weekend. A place where both service and décor, and an elegant home-like atmosphere playfully mix traditional cooking with a modern flare. It is in this same context, yet subtly restyled, that the Chef offers an all-inclusive menu that allows guests to discover the creations of a Michelin starred Chef with a softer pricing formula.

THE DUKE’S BAR

Black and white portraits of English writers hang on the wall while mahogany tables and panelling finish the beautiful library setting of Duke’s Bar. A monumental fireplace adds an air of history, tradition and warmth. Here, guests sample mouth-watering old-fashioned cocktails and short and long drinks poured with skill by Chief Barman and true artist, Gerard, as a pianist or jazz duo entertains the night away.

BREAKFAST

A charming breakfast is served in our intimate Celadon, between chandeliers and antique clocks. Guest could start a Parisian day with all the energy from a succulent breakfast, composed by a wide variety of delicious dishes.

ROOM SERVICE

At the Hotel Westminster, guests will enjoy the comfort of their room and a real-dining experience by ordering our room service. In-Room dining staff are on hand 24 hours a day to deliver dishes to guest rooms from a large, select menu featuring everything from international favorites to local specialties in order to meet everyone’s expectations and tastes. This menu was conceived and created by Chef Christophe Moisand who provides his guests an exquisite and creative cuisine.
Day or night, this service is ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, last minute meetings or for peaceful, private dining.
