Marketing Coordinator

Warwick Allerton - Chicago is seeking a self-starter who is tech-savvy and motivated to go above and beyond to promote our property and brand.

Must be well versed in all social media applications and think outside the box. Creative, innovative and clever. The Marketing Coordinator's main responsibility will be to assist and support the Director of Sales and Marketing on all hotel and restaurant marketing projects to obtain revenue goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative assistance and creative insight to Director of Sales and Marketing when working with various internal and external clients/vendors and evaluating department goals, opportunities and strategies from conception to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Work hand in hand with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive sales/marketing efforts and goals
  • Attend meetings, calls and trainings as required on the property and brand level Assist with all photo and location shoot inquiries and serve as onsite contact Follow up and manage all donation requests
  • Oversee all printing needs and menu edits for the property and its outlets
  • Support online marketing including site updates for the property hotel site Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing on special events both internal and extrenal. Aid in developing a social content calendar including events on and off property
  • Complete communication documents to all executive team members and property departments that discuss the upcoming media, events and marketing promotions
  • Assist in the creation of Press releases, media kits, advertising and other marketing materials.
  • Assist and create in the design and print of ads and publications, including but not limited to digital media, emailblasts, flyers and marketing pieces
  • Oversee property internal creative with lobby decor, templates, digital menu boxes and marketing material.
  • Participate in/plan special events and media familiarization tours and events.

Qualifications

Previous experience in digital marketing, brand and message marketing, market research and graphic design.

Possesses outstanding project management skills, meeting deadlines, handling time-sensitive materials.

Preferred:

Proficiency working on social media platforms with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, PhotoShop and InDesign

  • Self-starter. Strong ability to work well with others.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects across several categories and skill sets within set timelines and deadlines

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities/events in a fast-paced setting
