Cluster Revenue Manager


Manage all hotels in teh assigned cluster with regards to maximizing overall revenue to the hotels thru development and implementation of effective transient/group niventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (applicable for all hotels in the Cluster)

  • Responsible for updating all distribution channels, including but not limited to CRS, PMA, OTA on a daily basis in terms of room availability and rate structure to reflect hotel yield strategies and update hotel descriptions and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage the updating of all distribution channels, including but not limited to CRS, PMS, OTA for upcoming years on a monthly basis, keeping information up to day for the next 365 days. Uploading all rate plans including daily BAR, consoria and corporate negotiated SRP's and manage appropriate SRP's in the system.  
  • Manage the weekly competitive survey of major local competitors in orde to evaluate position with respect to other properties and utilize other available tools like the DUETTO Revenue Management Tool and channel management system where applicable to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • REports, monitors and analyzes the STAR report and leads positive performance relative to the report.
  • Attend daily ops meeting and condict weekly revenue meeting.
  • Manage, monitor and forecast room revenues by multiple segments including but not limited to markets, distributions channels and OTA's.
  • Manage the compilinig and reporting information to multiple departments for monthly and yearly reports.
  • Assist the Corporate Office and other hotel based Driectors of Revenue Management with corporate projects of varying scope as needed.


Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent hospitality experience.


Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue generating departments within the hospitality industry (Front Office, Sales, Reservations and Revenue), understanding of prfitability, experience with Microsopft Office Saftware; experience with a PMS system beneficial; CRS/GDS/Channel Management systems knowledge beneficial; Sales and Catering system knowledge beneficial; self-starter; efective enforcer. Minimum 1 years' experience as Revenue Manager, or 2 years as Revenue Analyst.
