Sous Chef

Salsabil Hotel by Warwick is looking for Hotel Professional(s) to join our Pre-Opening Team. 

Essential Function

Responsible for supervision, production and quality of all items produced and served from the kitchen.

Other tasks includes, but not limited to:

  • Menu Planning
  • Set and Maintain Standards
  • Make or collate kitchen market list on daily basis
  • Resposible for kitchen operations during meal period
  • Staff Motivation, discipline, training and coaching
  • Budget and cost control
  • Control of quality and quantity of produced items
  • Stock control

And also perform other duties as per the instruction of line manager
