The French National Day commemorates the beginning of the French Revolution with the Storming of the Bastille on the 14 July 1789. It is a day of celebrations of French culture. Many large-scale public events are held, including a military parade on the Champs-Elysées Avenue, as well as communal meals, dances, parties and fireworks. Military aircraft fly over the parade route during the parade. The French president opens the parade and reviews the troops. Come celebrate with us!
