If you find a published available and immediately bookable room-only rate (“Competing Rate”) on the Internet for a Warwick Hotel or Resort showing the BEST RATE GUARANTEE logo that is lower than the room rate you just booked at www.warwickhotels.com (same hotel, same room type and bed type bed, same number of guests, same dates of stay and same length of stay), then, within 12 hours of having booked on www.warwickhotels.com, please click on submit BRG claim form that provides the specific date and time that the rate was seen, together with your Confirmation Number. In order to expedite your best rate guarantee request without delay, please include a screen shot to support your claim and email it at bestrate@warwickhotels.com.

Once we ascertain and confirm that indeed, the availability of the Competing Rate on the Internet complies with our Terms & Conditions, we agree to match the Competing Rate for your reservation booked on www.warwickhotels.com PLUS discount an additional ten percent (10%) off the Competing Rate for the duration of your stay. This Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

• Any rates offered by opaque websites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel or resort is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to, Priceline.com and Hotwire.com. An opaque site provider is an entity or service that prevents the buyer from obtaining information relating to available hotel rooms, hotel location, hotel identity or flag or brand affiliation or other specific information until after the buyer has guaranteed payment.
• Packaged rates: web sites that “package” travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components such as hotel stay and/or airfare and/or car rental and/or restaurant voucher etc. Examples of package website include but are not limited to, Flight Centre and The Mark Travel Corporation.
• Additional charges such as taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services or other amenities or charges.
• Qualified discount rates including but not limited to, specific market segments and membership organisation rates (e.g. Government, AAA, Senior Citizen Discounts etc.) or travel agent or airline employee rates.
• Unpublished rates: unpublished rates are rates not available to the general public. They include, but are not limited to, special negotiated rates with businesses, corporations, travel agencies, meeting planners, wholesale/FIT, groups ( for example: Bonotel, GTA, Gullivers, Tourico Holidays), associations or other rates that are specifically and exclusively agreed to by Warwick Hotels and Resorts and/or the applicable Warwick hotels and are not publicly available.
• Direct mail solicitations, be it through regular postal mail or electronic mail.
• Any rate program requiring a discount code or coupon (e.g. including but not limited to, Groupon, Voyage Prive’ Snique Away, Jetsetter.com ). This includes flash sales.
• Different currency: in the event that the Competing Rate is in a different currency from the www.warwickhotels.com rate, we will convert the Competing Rate into the same currency as the rate offered on www.warwickhotels.com. The currency exchange rate to be applied will be based on the exchange rate that would have been used by the applicable Warwick hotel at the time of making the original reservation. After converting the Competing Rate, we reserve the right to deny a claim where the Competing Rate appears lower than the Warwick rate if it deems that the difference between the rates is due to, but not limited to, different exchange rates used by the Competing Rate provider.
• Rate limitations: the Best Rate Guarantee applies to a Competing Rate with rate limitations that are substantially similar to the rate limitations that can be booked on www.warwickhotels.com. Rate limitations include, but are not limited to, advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements, and cancellation and change policies. If there is no rate available on www.warwickhotels.com that has substantially similar rate limitations to that of the Competing Rate, and the Competing Rate is lower, then the Best Rate Guarantee does not apply. Warwick Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to deny a claim where the Competing Rate is lower than the rate booked on www.warwickhotels.com but rate limitations apply to the Competing Rate.
• Some of our Hotels and Resorts which are the Warwick Fiji, The Naviti Resort, Tambua Sands Beach Resort, Tokatoka Resort Nadi Fiji, Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu and Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas & Spas.

 

This Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees, spa fees and any other fees or charges that you may incur during your stay. This Best Rate Guarantee is subject to change or revocation at any time. Warwick Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
