In order to welcome all our guests in ideal conditions, we offer a stay adapted to disabled people, from arrival to departure. To this end, the hotel has rooms adapted to all visitors, as well as common areas designed and accessible to all.

Rooms adapted to disabled people

In order to accommodate all persons with reduced mobility or motor disabilities, we provide rooms with adjoining bathrooms. Each equipment is arranged at an adapted height, and all the facilities are planned for a comfortable stay without difficulty of displacement.

Room facilities :

• Simplified universal remote control with large buttons (on request)

• Wired telephone with enlarged buttons for simplified use with hearing loop (on request)

• Bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower with a folding seat, a washbasin with a recessed lower part, and a toilet with a side space and a transfer bar

• Shower stool for comfortable support (upon request)

Common areas designed for everyone

• Hotel entrance on the same level, accessible to all

• Transparent doors and glass walls with contrasting elements

• Reception with wheelchair-accessible reception desk

• Elevators with adapted control keypad, sound cabins, announced floor and visual announcement with magnetic induction loop

• Room with exterior number in Braille

• Meeting spaces on the same level or with an inclined surface, accessible to all

• Duke's Bar and Restaurant area accessible to all with adapted aisles and tables

• Legible and easy-to-understand signage, associated with pictograms

• Trained and aware staff

• Monitored entrance door, visible from the reception
