Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check in time is at 3:00 pm.
• Check out time is at 12:00 pm.
• Arrivals between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm can be accepted without any charge, depending upon availability.
• Arrivals before 9:00 will be charged from the previous night.
• For late check out starting at 2:00 pm, $15 per hour will be charged.
• For late check out after 6:00 pm, the full room or suite rate will be charged.

Additional Policies

• One child under 12 years old sharing parents’ bed or in a crib is free of charge.
• Booking must be cancelled in low season 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one-night penalty charge.
• Booking must be cancelled in high season 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a charge for the full stay.
• Above room rates are not applicable during citywide events and conferences, and GCC vacations time.
