Hotel Policies
Minimum Age Requirements
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodation at Warwick Denver Hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification. Accommodation with access to mini bar alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 21 years of age or older. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 21 will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.
No Gathering Policy and Non-Registered Persons Visitation Policy:
For the well-being and safety of our guests, gatherings and loud disturbances of any kind in the guest rooms or on the guest room floors are prohibited at all times. A gathering is defined as five or more non-registered guests visiting or gathered in the guest room at any time. In the event of a reported disturbance, we will reiterate our policy and ask for compliance. Should the disturbance persist, the guests in violation of our policy will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. The registered hotel guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-registered guests are not permitted to visit guest rooms or guest room floors between 10pm and 6am. If a registered guest wishes to allow a non-registered guest to visit between 10pm and 6am, they must register the guest to the guest room in advance. If a registered guest violates our non-registered persons visitation policy, we will reiterate our policy and ask for compliance. Should the violation of policy continue, the registered guest(s) will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. If a guest room is found to be abnormally dirty or if any damages are found, a charge may be assessed to clean the excess or repair the damages.
Hotel Payment Policy
In order for guest accommodation to be confirmed at the time of check-in, sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodation must be provided through the authorization of a debit/credit card or offering of a cash payment with an allowance on deposit to cover incidentals that may occur. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account.

Smoking Policy
It is the policy of Warwick Denver Hotel that all areas of our hotel are smoke-free. This includes, but is not limited to guest rooms, balconies, the rooftop pool, Randolph’s patio and emergency exits / stairwells. Guests or members of the public who breach the policy will be asked to stop smoking. If they fail to comply, they’ll be asked to leave the premises.
Denver law prohibits the use of marijuana on hotel balconies and all public spaces. As such, the smoking of marijuana and the consumption of marijuana products on the hotel balconies, within guest rooms and all public spaces within the hotel and its grounds are prohibited. Our position is to ensure continued compliance with local legislation and code whilst working to delight our guests with the very best service and hospitality at all times.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 22 feet from any hotel entrance. A $1000.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any violation of this policy.
Pool Policies
The rooftop pool is reserved for registered hotel guests and not open to the general public. The hotel offers a variety of beverage and food options at the pool from the pool bar and hotel room service. No outside food or beverage is allowed. Glass containers, chinaware and smoking are prohibited on the pool deck. Filming and commercial photography is not allowed without the prior written consent of the hotel management. Pool towels are provided on the pool deck.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly hotel and welcome dogs under 70 pounds. We do charge a $50 non-refundable fee for each pet in the room. Please advise when making a reservation if you are bringing a dog into the hotel so we may prepare for your arrival accordingly.
Children Under 12 Policy
The Children Under 12 Policy is available when accompanied by at least one adult registered as a hotel guest. Children 12 and under are free if using existing bedding. The rollaway fee applies, if required (Please note: queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway.) Cribs (upon request) are complimentary.
Room-only rate:
- Up to two children 12 years and under may stay complimentary when sharing a room with up to two adults and when using existing bedding (where maximum room occupancy laws allow).
- Crib (upon request) is complimentary based upon request and on availability
- Rollaway bed is available for registered guests upon request based upon availability ($17 fee applies)
Bed & Breakfast rate:
- Up to two children 12 years and under may stay when sharing a room with up to two adults and when using existing bedding (where maximum room occupancy laws allow).
- Children may eat breakfast free of charge and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Crib (upon request) is complimentary: upon request and on availability
- Rollaway bed is available for registered guest upon request based upon availability ($17 fee applies)
The above are not available with room rates negotiated for groups of ten or more rooms, travel industry rates or any special promotions unless explicitly included and confirmed in writing.
Early Departure Policy:
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and the length of stay shown. Guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed will incur an “early departure fee” equal to the rate confirmed for one night.
